Mark 9:37
Welcome Home Ministries,founded by Rod and Linda Price,
ministers to children whose families are in crisis and cannot
presently care for them. Many families in your own community
can not nuture their own children due to problems such as
illness, addiction, violence, joblessness and incarceration.
This ministry is based on the following two scriptures:
Mark 9:37
He took a little child and had him stand among them.
Taking him in his arms, He said to them "whoever welcomes one of these
little children in my name, welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does
not welcome me but the one who sent me."
James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this:
to look after orphans and widows in their distress and keep oneself
from being pulled by the world.
